Mevisio presents the Digital Platform for Visualization and Teamwork at the world's largest industrial fair, on April 1st to 5th 2019 in Hanover. You will find us in the Swedish pavilion, Hall 27 Stand H30.
Sweden is the fair's official partner country and at Mevisio we are extra happy to be part of the Swedish representation.
The pavilion consists of several companies and organizations, and under the slogan Sweden Co-Lab you will see different demos on selected Swedish innovations. Our demo together with SkyMaker and NYLI Metrology is called Smart Control & Quality.
The Swedish innovations
The demo will follow the workflow from the clients ordering of parts online in an app to the final inspection for quality. Focus is the automated workflow and the quality check with extraction of particles in the rinsing cabinet and analysis in an automated microscope and finally a visualization of the result:
- SkyMaker - Provide digital tools for mass customization that removes the preparation/processing step between the client and the manufacturing of an order. The software enables small series production to competitive prices with the help of CAD direct in the e-commerce.
- Mevisio - Presents a Digital "Whiteboard" with interactive visualization of key processes & activities, easily used for the top management or for the smaller division teams during their daily lean production meetings.
- NYLI - Demonstrates a product solution ParticleView for extraction and analysis of particles on critical automotive components.
The purpose of this demo is to put each company's product in an interesting context. While each will be able to show their product specifically too.
Behind the scenes, construction of the Swedish pavilion
As it is a trade fair for the industry, we will mainly present our solutions for Lean production, such as daily shop floor management, SQCDP boards, Kaizen boards, 5S boards and dashboards for KPI monitoring.
