How do i use the Mevisio Mobile App?

The mobile app has a very different user interface than the platform in the browser. It is designed for small screens and not meant to visualise data. Instead, its purpose is to enable the user to interact with data from anywhere with a phone or tablet. 

You can use the app to create new records using a form or to edit existing records from a list. It is therefore the perfect tool for audits or  Gemba walks. The forms and lists available through the app need to be set up in the backend by a developer user. 

You can find a menu on the left hand side of the screen. It shows you all collections of your account just like in the browser: 

 

If you choose a collection which contains forms and/or lists for the app, you will see the according boards containing these forms and lists.

 

             

 

By submitting a form, you create a new record in the board that the form is assigned to. Users will see these changes in real time on the screen. The same goes for edits in existing records that you choose from the lists.
