Reporting a bug in Mevisio

Although we try our best to minimize bugs, they happen. Before you report a bug, please follow the steps outlined here

Step 1

Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser. For the best experience viewing Mevisio, we recommend using Google Chrome. 

We support browsers that are up to two years old but always recommend using the lastest browser version available.

 

Step 2

Refresh the page you are trying to load. 

 

Step 3

Test to see if the bug is limited to a specific browser or device. For example if you are experiencing a bug on your large touchscreen, test to see if the same bug is on your laptop.

 

Step 4

If you have followed the above steps but are still experiencing an issue, get in touch with us! You can reach us through or support portal or by emailing us at support@mevisio.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.

In order for us to understand and address the problem, please include the following information in your email:

  1. What version of Mevisio are you using? Web or mobile app?
  2. If you are on the web, which browser and version are you using? 
    If you are the mobile app, what is your device's OS and what version of the app are you using?
  3. Describe the bug as clearly as possible. Here is some extra helpful information it to include:
    When did you first notice this bug?
    Do other people in your organization experience this same bug?
  4. Send the URL and screenshots/screen recordings of the bug.
