A 65-inch screen will be okay for meetings with up to ten people. We recommend 75-inch. Bigger than that will be a bit troublesome to operate. We recommend to always use a computer with the latest Windows operating system, and the following hardware requirements:
- 4K/Ultra HD resolution
- Operating time: At least 16/7 (16 hours per day, 7 days per week)
- Response time: 9 ms or less
- Colors: 16 million colors or more
These settings should be considered for best user experience:
- Resolution setting in Windows: 3840x2160
- Scale setting in Windows: max 125% (don’t use the zoom function in the browser)
- Tablet mode in Windows turned on
- No external mouse and keyboard connected to the computer if touchscreen keyboard should be used
- Touch mode in Mevisio turned on
There are touchscreens available that has a built-in operating system and Chromium based browser, however they are currently not supporting 4K/UltraHD resolution for the browser which will lead to poor user experience. Also, there is a risk that the browser can't be updated which may lead to that it will not be able to operate an enterprise-grade application like Mevisio. We do not guarantee that Mevisio will work on such a screen.
